Vendors must supply their own electrical cables which MUST bear ‘Approval Tags’
Public Liability Insurance to the value of $10 million is required by all vendors. A copy of Insurance policy must accompany the entry registration form.
The Beef Week Committee reserve the rights to publish photographic and video footage taken of persons or stalls for promotional use of the event and for perpetuity.
The Coordinator of this event, reserves the right to administer the power to control and prevent any undue disturbances, noise, annoyance issues and decisions related to eligibility of selling items that the coordinator deems suitable for participation at the craft event at the coordinator’s discretion.
The Casino Beef Week Promotions Committee Inc. accepts no responsibility for damage of vendors property by, theft, fire, storm or any unforeseen circumstances, including injury to vendors in the vendors stall area.
The Casino Beef Week Promotions Committee Inc shall not be held responsible and will be indemnified for any and all claims made by a person (s) directly involved or related to a vendor’s property within or without the nominated stall holder’s allocated area.
All entry forms must be lodged a.s.a.p. and be received with payment and a copy of your public liability insurance or purchase of cover. *IMPORTANT: Stall numbers are limited and acceptance is based on first in basis.
Entry fees are $30 per stall area which is approx 2m. Fee includes GST and is for 2 days display.
It is a condition of entry that every vendor donate at least one item to the craft coordinator to be included in the raffle prize. Vendors should deliver the item to the craft coordinator.
All Stalls need to ensure their Furniture/Stall Display have protective feet. Our event is held on historic hardwood floors, damage to the floor will be the responsobility of stallholders.
